This room is one of the manager's favorites.  Its technically oceanfront as there's nothing else between it and the Atlantic, except for the dune.  Just go out the door, up the dune stairs, down the dune stairs, and you're at the beach! The only drawback is there's no view since its ground level, but at this price, its an awesome value! There's a full kitchen, private bedroom with queen bed, and a queen sleeper sofa. Max.
