Another one of the manager's favorites, this spacious room has a king bed, fridge, microwave, and its right underneather oceanfront room #35, making it the fourth closest room to the beach.  Its ground level so of course there's no view but its nice and close to the parking lot and the ocean.  All you do is take the single flight of stairs up outside of your room, and the dune stairs down to the beach are right there!
